Knowledge Thirst Media (KTM) is a publisher and distributor of books that was founded by Siraj Ghoor. Knowledge Thirst Media is motivated by the education crisis, drop in literacy rates, ill-discipline and violence at schools coupled with the high prevalence of HIV, teenage pregnancies and sexual abuse that are putting our society at risk and threatening our future.

Knowledge Thirst Media endeavors to reach out to young people by addressing these and other social ills through its books and other forms of media. Our books aim to inspire, to promote a culture of reading and learning and to sharpen the minds of our rising generation. We seek to equip the youth with life skills, to boost their self-esteem, to inculcate self-discipline and to present a different outlook on life.

Instead of preaching to the young, we believe that exposing them to literature and other forms of media that is both interesting and educational is much more effective and enthralling. We need to captivate the interest of our youth in order to connect with them.
